Toner Charge, Inc - Manufacturing Process

Completely disassemble the cartridge.
Replace any worn gears or springs.
Vacuum out all residual toner that has accumulated on the components and inner surfaces.
Also clean ultrasonically all applicable components.
Replace the photo conductor drum with a NEW aftermarket drum.
Replace cleaning/wiper blade.
When applicable, replace and reset the doctor blade at original equipment manufacturer's (OEM) specified angle and tension.
Reseal toner reservoir with a new seal to prevent leakage.
Fill toner hopper to the manufacturer's recommended refill level with new graphic or better toner.
Reassemble and test cartridge to insure proper functioning.
Label and date each cartridge.
Seal cartridge in a light protective bag.
Pack in a new box with appropriate protective, recyclable type insert to protect cartridge from harm during shipping.
A copy of test print from that cartridge and standard cartridge installation instruction to be included in the box.
