Frequent Buyer Incentive Program Details HERE:

  1. Qualifying Frequent Buyer Program products must be sold online on this site only to qualify while this program is active;
  2. Qualifying products are all products sold on this site only.
  3. Every qualified product purchased from Toner Charge Inc, will entitle the purchaser to one point for every dollar of product purchased, and paid for, exclusive of freight, taxes and other non-product charges.
  4. All credits and returns against products purchased, per # 2 above, will result in deduction of 1 point for every dollar of credit from the points accumulated.
  5. The customer can select a gift end of every calendar month when eligible. Allow 4-6 weeks for gift delivery.
  6. Claim forms must be signed and submitted every month with copies of sales invoices to be eligible.
  7. Toner Charge Inc, is not responsible for any discontinued product from the catalog. We reserve the right to substitute a product with equivalent value product.
  8. No portion of this Frequent buyer Incentive Program has any cash value nor may it be redeemed for cash.
  9. All unused accumulated points must be used within one year of invoice date.
  10. Toner Charge Inc, reserves the right to terminate this program at anytime and without liability.
  11. If total award amount exceeds $600.00, a 1099 Tax Claim form will be forwarded to above participant.
  12. The Frequent Buyer Program is available to Resellers and their Sales Reps.
  13. Program Participants waives any and all claims of liability and hear by releases, indemnifies and holds harmless Toner Charge Inc, their affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors and marketing and promotional agencies from and against any loss occurring as a result of this Program or any award received through the Program.
  14. This Program is only valid in the United States.
  15. Except where prohibited, by accepting prize, winner consents to the use of his/her name and photograph or likeness by Toner Charge Inc. for publicity purposes without further compensation.
  16. This offer is not valid where prohibited by law. Participation in the Program may be prohibited by employers policies. Toner Charge Inc reserves the right to change or modify the Promotion without notice.
